Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Go2German platform, published by Wajedweb SARL, which offers online German learning (levels A1 to C2) as well as support for Ausbildung projects in Germany.

2. User account

Access to some features requires creating an account. You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3. Services offered

• Free level test
• German lessons and exercises by level (A1–C2), with correction and teacher follow-up
• Mock exams and certificates of achievement
• Paid assessment of your Ausbildung application and its checklist
• Monthly subscription giving access to the full learning path

4. Pricing and payment

The prices of subscriptions and assessments are shown on the Pricing page of the website, all taxes included. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled from your personal area before the renewal date.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may not apply once access to the service has been activated. Any refund request may be sent to contact@go2german.info and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is made unless the law provides otherwise.

7. User obligations

You undertake not to use the service for fraudulent purposes, not to reproduce or distribute the learning content without authorisation, and to treat other users and the teaching team with respect.

8. Limitation of liability

Go2German takes reasonable steps to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without guaranteeing that you will reach a given language level, obtain an Ausbildung place or be granted a visa. Wajedweb SARL cannot be held liable for decisions taken by third parties (employers, authorities, embassies) on the basis of the services provided.

9. Changes to these terms

Wajedweb SARL reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Fez, Morocco.
